Infinedi Hires Nitish Jindal

Infinedi Partners, LP (“Infinedi”), a private equity firm focused on founder-owned businesses, announced today the hiring of Nitish Jindal as Vice President. Mr. Jindal will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, business diligence and deal execution, and post-close value creation across the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Infinedi, Mr. Jindal was an Associate in the Technology Opportunities Fund at Charlesbank Capital Partners, an established middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on cybersecurity and vertical software investments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jindal was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he advised technology companies on sell-side M&A transactions.
Mr. Jindal received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University, and a Master of Business Administration with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
