Biography

Nitish joined Infinedi in July 2026.

Previously, he was an Associate in the Technology Opportunities Fund at Charlesbank Capital Partners, an established middle-market private equity firm (since spun out as Eterna Growth Partners), from 2022 to 2024 before pursuing his MBA at Wharton. He was responsible for identifying attractive sectors and opportunities, business diligence and deal execution, and post-close value creation initiatives. He focused on technology businesses across cybersecurity and vertical software subsectors, with portfolio companies including Maltego, PakEnergy, and Mediaocean.

Prior to Charlesbank, Nitish was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on sell-side M&A for technology businesses, including Conversocial’s sale to Verint, TurnKey’s sale to Vacasa, Vistar Media’s Series B Raise from Lamar, Turnitin’s acquisition of Ouriginal, and BoomTown’s sale to Inside Real Estate.
